any and all mathematics courses in which we can see you are enrolled
this term. If you do not get a form for a math course in which you
are enrolled, please try again in a day; if it still doesn't show the

The information that we collect with the student data sheet is used to
help us understand who is taking the courses in the Department. This
is very useful for us: knowing that a course is 80% LS&A
undergraduates, or 75% Engineering students, allows us to better
construct it to address the needs of those in the course. If you have
